Compassionate, evidence-based care

Trauma • PTSD • Anxiety Disorders • Mood Disorders

Psychological distress often develops within longstanding patterns in how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. These patterns may once have served an important purpose, yet over time can contribute to emotional distress, relationship difficulties, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck. Psychotherapy offers a space to explore these patterns with greater depth and curiosity.

Psychotherapy

I offer individual online psychotherapy for adults via secure video consultation. Sessions typically take place on a weekly basis, depending on your clinical needs, therapeutic goals, and the nature of the difficulties you are facing. Our work begins with an initial consultation to explore your presenting concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This creates space for careful assessment, psychological formulation, and discussion of the most appropriate therapeutic approach. Depending on your needs, psychotherapy may involve short-term focused work or longer term therapeutic exploration. Treatment is shaped collaboratively, with attention to your unique circumstances, goals, and pace

Taking the First Step

Reaching out for psychotherapy can feel difficult, particularly when you are already carrying emotional distress or uncertainty about where to begin. An initial consultation offers a space to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.
